As State Representative

Cy would work to:

 

1. Build  on Governor Daniels' and the Republican House members' success.

2. Lower your taxes and make these reductions permanent  (HEA 1001). 

3. Restructure local government to reduce cost and increase accountability of local government officials.  (Kernan-Shepard / streamlining local government).

4. Increase incentives for educational excellence and economic progress.
